All sales are final therefore, we do not do refunds due to the nature of our products. With that being said after your order has been placed there are no cancellations, price changes or adjustments. Please check your order before you purchase. However, we do offer exchange on items that has not been tampered with, bleached, dyed or cut. There is no exchange on custom orders that may include but not limited to bundles, frontals, closures and wigs. This option is only for customers that received the wrong items.

After your order has been shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. Please make sure you put in the correct address so there are no delays or issues. A signature may be required to collect your package.
